User Agreement
The use of any services provided by The Web Developers
constitutes
agreement to
these terms:

We reserve
the right to
ban users
without
warning from
viewing our
website
and/or using
our services
due to
violation of
any of our
terms of
service.

Pornographic,
obscene,
nude,
graphically
violent,
racist,
defamatory,
offensive,
and illegal
and any
other
inappropriate
content is
strictly
prohibited
to be used
on any of
our
projects.

All designs
offered by
The Web
Developers
are
copyrighted
material.
Such designs
are offered
for use to
the consumer
under
license
only, and
are not
offered for
sale or
unbridled
use.

The Web
Developers
may use any
images of
our
consumer's
website for
its own
promotional
purposes.

The consumer agrees to supply accurate payment for the
services received from The Web Developers, in advance of the time period during
which such services are provided.

The consumer
agrees that
until and
unless they
notify The
Web
Developers
of their
desire to
cancel any
or all
services
received,
those
services
will be
billed. The
Web
Developers
reserve the
right to
change any
costs or
payment
amounts at
anytime for
exceptional
circumstances.

The consumer agrees not to reproduce, duplicate, copy,
sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the service, use of the
service, or access to the
service
provided to
the consumer
by The Web
Developers.

The Web
Developers
logo added
to the
consumer's
website for
the service
must remain
in the same
state as
originally
intended and
must not be
removed or
edited in
any form
without the
consent of
The Web
Developers.

The Web
Developers
may disclose
any
subscriber
information
to law
enforcement
agencies
without
further
consent or
notification
to the
subscriber
upon lawful
request from
such
agencies.

The Web Developers reserves the right to revise its policies at any time without
notice.
